Crash ties up Casey Highway
JESSUP - One person was taken to a hospital after a four-car crash on the Casey Highway on Monday afternoon, according to Lackawanna County 911 dispatchers.
The 4:40 p.m. crash temporarily shut down one of the westbound lanes near mile marker 6.84, dispatchers said. One person was taken to Geisinger Community Medical Center, but the extent of the individual's injuries was unknown. State police at Dunmore had no additional information on the incident Monday night.
