SCRANTON - Monday is the last day to register to vote in the May 21 municipal primary election, Lackawanna County Director of Elections Marion Medalis said.
Voter registration forms will be available today and Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Department of Elections, 2400 Stafford Ave. Completed registration forms may be mailed to the Department of Elections but must be postmarked no later than Monday, Mrs. Medalis said.
