SCRANTON - Two men selling narcotics at the St. Francis of Assissi Kitchen were taken into custody Wednesday afternoon, police said.
The Scranton Police Department Special Investigations Division and the Lackawanna County Drug Task force arrested William Miley, 25, of Wilkes-Barre, and Floyd Wheeler-McLaughlan, 26, of Scranton, outside the soup kitchen after they made controlled purchases of heroin from both men. A total of 13 bags of heroin were seized, police said.
Arraignment and hearing information for both men was unavailable Wednesday night.
