Hearing waived in robbery case
SCRANTON - A city man is headed to Lackawanna County Court for his alleged role in two robberies after waiving his preliminary hearing Tuesday.
Logan Oprisko, 21, was the gunman in a robbery at Cosmo's Cheesesteaks on Oct. 21 that he committed with the help of an employee, Sharon Delguercio, 24, police said.
Mr. Oprisko also robbed a taxi driver six days later with the help of Daniel Malpasse, 21, police said.
On Tuesday he waived his preliminary hearing in the case. He is being held in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. A formal arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 28.
