Part of I-81 shut, but ramp reopens
DUNMORE - The state Department of Transportation announced a closure and a reopening Friday on Interstate 81.
I-81 south will be restricted to a single lane because of bridge deck repair from Exit 175 B (Dupont) to Exit 170 B (Wilkes-Barre) from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. today
PennDOT will also open the ramp on Main Street in Dickson City to I-81 south for the holiday shopping season starting Sunday. The ramp will remain open until Jan. 4.
