SCRANTON -- Two men were stabbed in a park in Scranton on Sunday, police said.
The two victims were taken to a city hospital not long before 1:45 a.m. with wounds Capt. Dennis Lukasewicz said were not life-threatening. Lukasewicz declined to release their identities.
Police said the victims told officers they were selling clothing items on the social media app Snapchat.
They met a pair of men on a park on Perry Avenue.
The “deal went bad” and the customers stabbed the sellers, Lukasewicz said. A detailed description of the assailants was not available.
Anyone with information was asked to contact the detective bureau at 570-348-4139.
