OLYPHANT - A borough man who ran from police after an early morning domestic dispute in which he threatened to kill a woman and her pets Monday was arrested, Olyphant police said.
Gregory Wagner, 30, 215 Willow St., was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and unlawful restraint, after he held Stephanie Shell for three hours in his apartment, threatened her, threw her against a wall and punched her in the face, police said.
Ms. Shell also told police Mr. Wagner, pulled her hair, grabbed her by the mouth to keep her from screaming, bit her on the hand, finger and ear, and struck her several times, police said.
Mr. Wagner was in police custody Monday, but arraignment and bail information were unavailable Tuesday night.
