Wayne County Sentencings 10/21/2012

The following defendants were sentenced in Wayne County Court by Presi­dent Judge Raymond L. Hamill:

- Daniel Robert Brinkworth, 24, Newfoundland, 18 months to five years in state prison and pay $250 for a DNA sample for delivery of a controlled substance between Dec. 29 and Jan. 12 in Hawley.

- Douglas Erwin Clapper, 61, Newfoundland, 16 months to four years in state prison, undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, continue with mental health treatment and submit to the drawing of a DNA sample for receiving stolen property between Oct. 14, 2011, and March 12 in Dreher Twp.

- James Ciszak, 18, Hawley, 12 months' probation, 50 hours' community service and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for two counts of possession of a controlled substance between July 9, 2010, and July 22, 2012, in Paupack Twp.

- Brandon Eric Compton, 25, Honesdale, 12 months' probation, 50 hours' community service and $76.96 in restitution for retail theft on Feb. 10 in Texas Twp.

- Shawn Austin Ravert, 23, Honesdale, four to 23½ months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,978.08 in restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and a mental health evaluation for receiving stolen property on Feb. 23.

- Jesse Lee Fotusky, 25, Lake Ariel, four to 23½ months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking on April 5 in Salem Twp.

- Francis M. Fitzgerald, 39, Newfoundland, 30 days to six months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine and complete an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on March 23 in Dreher Twp.

- Thomas Michael Frisch Jr., 22, Honesdale, two years' probation, 100 hours of community service, $1,000 fine and continue with drug and alcohol treatment for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 7 in Honesdale.

- David Scott Blair, 26, Honesdale, 10 days to six months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, 50 hours' community service, $1,000 fine, undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and complete an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on March 16 in Canaan Twp.

- Andrew James Zuidema, 18, Browndale, three to 18 months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $135 in restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for receiving stolen property on Feb. 15 in Cherry Ridge Twp.

- Ashley Kiefer, 24, Hawley, one to 18 months in prison, $300 fine, $140 in restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking on May 15 in Hawley.

- Brandon A. Edwards, 20, Dalton, two to six months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and a mental health evaluation and complete an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on April 17 in South Canaan Twp.

- Jordan S. Tanner, 18, Gouldsboro, 30 days to 23½ months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, 50 hours' community service, $500 fine, $6,283.71 in restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking between March 25 and 28 in Lehigh Twp.

- Emma Ann Olsommer, 60, Jefferson Twp., six months in ARD program and 40 hours' community service for theft between May 2, 2011, and Sept. 6, 2011.

- Clinton Edward Duffy, 26, Lake Ariel, six months in ARD program, 40 hours' community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and one month driver's license suspension for DUI on May 5 in Salem Twp.

- Kelly M. Murphy, 29, Hawley, six months in the ARD program, 40 hours' community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and one month driver's license suspension for DUI on June 12 in Paupack Twp.

- Paul Robert McAndrew, 61, Easton, six months in the ARD program, 40 hours' community service, complete an alcohol highway safety program and one month driver's license suspension for DUI on July 3 in Lehigh Twp.
