TOBYHANNA - Pocono Mountain Regional Police filed charges against a woman they say was high on codeine, morphine and Alprazolam while driving with her 5-year-old daughter in the vehicle in March.

After receiving multiple calls about a careless driver, police found Robin Wagner, 45, of Long Pond, slumped over the wheel of her vehicle at Joe's Kwik Mart on Route 940 in Tobyhanna on March 29, police said. Police said Ms. Wagner failed field sobriety tests.

Last week police received Ms. Wagner's toxicology results and charged her with DUI, general impairment, endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment, careless driving and other traffic violations, police said.
