Inmate floods cell at Wayne prison
TEXAS TWP. - A prison inmate faces charges after state police at Honesdale said he used his toilet to flood his cell Monday night.
After he flooded the cell with toilet water, Justin Davis, 23, then broke the sprinkler head in his cell, causing the cellblock to become inundated with water and fire alarms to activate, police said.
He was charged with vandalism, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and arraigned before being taken back into custody at the Wayne County Correctional facility in lieu of $5,000 bail.
