Police search for hit-and-run driver
SCRANTON - City police are looking for a vehicle that struck a pedestrian and fled the scene Monday night.
Scranton police Lt. Marty Crofton said Darrell Crawford, 60, was walking south on Pittston Avenue and crossed East Elm Street at the light when a black vehicle struck him and fled east on Elm Street at about 8:40 p.m.
Mr. Crawford was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, but his condition was unavailable Tuesday afternoon.
