Traffic stop leads to two arrests
DURYEA - Two people face narcotics charges after a traffic stop early Sunday in the 600 block of Foote Avenue.
Clark Bower, 50, address unknown, who was driving the vehicle, was found with crack, and passenger Kimberly Macklowe, 39, of 1209 Main St., Apt. 3, had both crack and marijuana, Duryea police said.
Mr. Bower told police Ms. Macklowe gave him crack in exchange for giving her rides to various locations, a police news release said.
Ms. Macklowe was charged with delivery of crack and other counts, police said. Charges against Mr. Bower include possession of a controlled substance.
