Kimberly A. Jacques, O.T.D., O.T.R./L., C.B.I.S.
Kimberly A. Jacques, O.T.D., O.T.R./L., C.B.I.S., daughter of David and Ann James of Clarks Summit, has earned a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Chatham University.
Dr. Jacques' doctoral capstone focused on improving quality of life through occupational engagement. The results of her evidence-based project have been submitted for publication in OT Practice.
A Bishop Hannan High School graduate, Dr. Jacques earned a Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from Misericordia University. She also graduated from King's College with a degree in health care administration.
A nationally certified brain injury specialist, she served as the administrative director of the Brain Injury Program at Allied Services John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine in Wilkes-Barre, where she worked for more than 25 years.
She transferred to Allied Services Rehabilitation Hospital in Scranton in 2012, and will continue her post-doctoral work there.
