SCRANTON - A Scranton man was arrested after he stole his mother's checkbook, debit card and driver's license Wednesday morning, city police said.
Ryan O'Hora, 28, 123 S. Hyde Park Ave., showed police where he had hidden the stolen goods at his workplace after his mother reported the items missing from her purse, police said. He was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Mr. O'Hora was arraigned Wednesday and sent to Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
