Man charged in domestic dispute
LENOX TWP. - A Nicholson man was arrested Saturday after he slammed a woman's head against a wall and brandished a gun during a domestic dispute, state police said.
David Patrick Truitt, 41, was arrested at 1155 Route 92 after he was accused of fighting with Deana Ranae Hathaway, 44, also of Nicholson. Mr. Truitt allegedly hit Ms. Hathaway's head against a wall, brandished a handgun and "caused terror to household residents" and Ms. Hathaway, according to state police.
He was charged with simple assault and making terroristic threats and was taken to Susquehanna County prison after failing to post $50,000 bail.
