PITTSTON - A Scranton man wanted by Pittston police for allegedly chasing people while brandishing a firearm was arrested at his home on Sunday.
Police responded to Riverview Manor around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and determined Joshua Aaron Lozano, 21, address unavailable, had threatened five people with a small handgun.
Mr. Lozano fled before police arrived, but a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Scranton police picked Mr. Lozano up around 5:30 p.m. Sunday. He was taken into custody and held at Lackawanna County Prison to await arraignment.
No further information was available Sunday.
