Groups promoting shopping in city
SCRANTON - The Lackawanna County Convention & Visitors Bureau is working with Scranton Tomorrow and the Downtown Scranton Business Association to promote shopping downtown during the holidays.
Through Jan. 1, people who shop at participating downtown stores can register to win a $100 Visa gift card, bureau Executive Director Tracy Barone said.
