The following defendants were sentenced recently in Lackawanna County Court by Judge Michael Barrasse:
- John A. Midgley, 53, of 130½ S. Rebecca Ave., Scranton, to six months of probation and a $300 fine for driving under the influence.
- Jason Houman, 27, of Carbondale, to three to eight years in state prison for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Chad D. Howey, 35, of Carbondale, to two to 4½ years in state prison for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Jonathon Paciotti, 28, of 758 Crystal St., Peckville, to two years of state intermediate punishment, 10 years of probation and $50,964 in restitution for receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and burglary.
- Joseph Iannielli, 23, of 203 Gibbons St., Dunmore, to two years of state intermediate punishment and three years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Matthew Caleb Roguskie, 35, of 1415 N. Sumner Ave., Scranton, to two years of state intermediate punishment and four years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Antoine Maurice Snowden, 36, of Scranton, to 22 months to five years in state prison, two years of probation and $2,141.90 in restitution for simple assault and unlawful restraint.
- Kimberly Mackreth, 42, of 1103½ Snyder Ave., Scranton, to 15 months to three years in state prison for prostitution.
- Chris Condeelis, 36, of 608 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, to 14 months to three years in state prison and two years of probation for criminal trespass.
- Sharif Abdullah Edwards, 29, of 240 Adams Ave., Scranton, to three months to one year in county prison and two years of probation for escape.
Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:
- Jerome Lee Lancaster, 30, of 1330 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, to three years, five months, to 10 years, four months, in state prison for criminal trespass, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
- Brett Dwayne Tolley, 21, of 618 Maple St., Scranton, to 16 months to 47 months in state prison for simple assault and terroristic threats.
- Jodi Ann Wagner, 27, of 635 Capouse Ave., Scranton, to two to four years in state prison for bad checks.
- Michael Grogan, 49, of 2832 W. Lehigh Ave., Philadelphia, to three to 18 months in county prison and $350 in restitution for simple assault.
