Man arrested for open lewdness
SCRANTON - City police said Anthony Goodwin, 24, 113 Garwood Drive, was charged with open lewdness and indecent exposure after he exposed himself in Boscov's at the Mall at Steamtown about 7:50 p.m. Wednesday.
He was arraigned Thursday and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday. Bail was set at $5,000, police said.
