Pike County sentencings, 11/10/19

Pike County President Judge Gregory Chelak recently sentenced:

Damion Anthony Lacosta, 23, Bushkill, to two to 23 months in the Pike County Jail followed by 12 months of probation and a $900 fine for two counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of simple assault Aug. 15, 2018, in Lehman Twp.

David Alan Hallman, 25, Effort, to five days to six months in the Pike County Jail, a $300 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension for DUI on May 11 in Greene Twp.

Damon Bradley Robinson, 55, Honesdale, to 45 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and a $1,275 fine for two counts of DUI and one count of operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker Jan. 21, 2018, and Oct. 8, 2018, in Lehman Twp.

Jonathan Nicholas Rivera, 24, East Stroudsburg, to 14 to 28 months in a state correctional facility and a $800 fine for criminal attempted burglary and theft by unlawful taking in Lehman Twp.

Karen Colleen Hall, 55, Dingmans Ferry, to a $300 fine for harassment May 31 in Delaware Twp.

Nell T. Sheehan, 23, Shohola, to 90 days to six months in the Pike County Jail and a $200 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia Aug. 1 in Dingman Twp.
