Tell us about your business: Quest Studio is a specialty fitness studio and wellness center where all individuals can come to have a personalized experience to help them reach their goals. Our classes are taught by certified fitness professionals and are open to all fitness levels and abilities, including adaptive yoga. We offer both fitness and nutrition programs you can participate in at the studio or in the comfort of home, as well as develop customized corporate wellness programs for the workplace and kids fitness programs for our local schools.

What are some secrets to your success? I believe providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with each of our members, and creating a welcoming environment for every person, no matter what fitness level they are starting at, have been the key components to building such a strong fitness community here at Quest. But we like to define our success by the accomplishments of our members and the goals they’ve reached, which we do through our 1,000 Pound Club, where we strive to help our members collectively lose 1,000 pounds or inches throughout the year.

What is your biggest challenge? Being a business owner in itself I would say has its challenges, like figuring out how best to market and what services are best to offer and how to balance life with work, etc., but the rewards of helping the community make positive changes in their health and in their lives, far outweigh any challenges.
