Pike and Wayne County sentencings for Sunday, June 2, 2013

The following were sentenced in Pike County by President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

- Nichole Holcomb, 33, Greentown, 2-23½ months' county prison, $1,000 fine and 12 months' driver's license suspension for DUI on Sept. 10 in Greene Twp.

- Jeanne Rice, 50, East Stroudsburg, 48 hours to six months in county prison, $600 fine and 12 months' driver's license suspension for DUI on Aug. 12 in Lehman Twp.

- Waylon Fox, 38, Carbondale, 1-12 months' county prison and $250 fine for harassment between Aug. 27 and Sept. 1 in Lackawaxen Twp.

- Renee Reinhardt, 44, Milford, 12 months' probation and $300 fine for receiving stolen property Nov. 8 in Matamoras.

- Daniel Depolito, 27, Milford, 20 days to six months in county prison, $1,200 fine and 24 months' driver's license suspension for DUI on July 21 in Dingman Twp.

- Jonathan Tabarani, 20, of Allentown, 2-23 months' county prison and $500 fine for theft by deception and receiving stolen property on July 19.

- Stephen Glatz, 19, of Greentown, 38 months to eight years in state prison and $1,200 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit robbery July 29 and Aug. 5 in Greene Twp. and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia on Aug. 6.

- Andrew Loggia, 39, New York, N.Y., five years' intermediate punishment with 30 days' incarceration and 90 days' house arrest, $2,500 fine and 18 months' driver's license suspension for DUI on Sept. 2 in Lehman Twp.

- Blazej Szczesnik, 29, Shohola, 11½-23½ months in county prison and $800 fine for criminal conspiracy to commit burglary Oct. 30, 2010, in Westfall Twp.

- Keith Woegens, 30, Milford, seven days to seven months in county prison, $300 fine and six months' driver's license suspension for possession of small amount of marijuana Aug. 29 in Dingman Twp.

The following were sentenced in Wayne County Court by Presi­dent Judge Raymond L. Hamill:

- Jeffery P. Belknap, 36, Madison Twp., 12 months' probation, $100 fine, $1,155 in restitution, 75 hours' community service and drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on May 27 in Lehigh Twp.

- Lucia Dobromirescu, 29, Hancock, N.Y., 12 months' probation, 50 hours' community service and drug and alcohol evaluation for possession of controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia Nov. 2 and Nov. 5 in Waymart.

- Jesse Michael Dunhom, 18, Waymart, 18 months' probation, $100 fine, 100 hours of community service, $250 for DNA sample and drug and alcohol evaluation from criminal trespass.

- Kirk Joshua Eckel, 23, Honesdale, 4-23½ months in county prison and drug and alcohol evaluation for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 24 in Lake Twp.

- Frank Patrick Mills, 53, Lake Ariel, 15-60 months in state prison and $250 for DNA sample for delivery of controlled substance Nov. 23, 2011, in Lake Twp.

- Sarah June Novatnak, 28, Hazelton, 24 months' probation and $8,897.60 in restitution for criminal trespass and criminal mischief June 5 in Hawley.

- Joseph Louis Politi, 44, East Hanover, N.J., 72 hours to six months in county prison, $1,000 fine, 50 hours' community service, drug and alcohol evaluation and alcohol highway safety program for two counts of DUI and driving on roads laned for traffic on July 16 in Preston Twp.

- Thomas Richard Rankin Jr., 37, Hawley, $500 fine for distributing small amount of marijuana between Aug. 1, 2011, and Feb. 4, 2012, in Paupack Twp.
