DICKSON CITY - Interstate 81 north is reopened between exit 190, Dickson City/Main Avenue, and exit 191A, Business Route 6, Lackawanna County 911 dispatchers confirmed.
Two tractor trailers crashed earlier this afternoon, closing the road, the state Department of Transportation said.
