LACKAWANNA COUNTY SENTENCINGS

President Judge Michael Bar­rasse sentenced the following defendants recently in Lacka­wanna County Court:

■ Michael Nardelli, 32, 208 E. Grove St., Dunmore, to two years of court supervision, including two months of house arrest, for recklessly endangering another person.

■ Jocelyn Rodgers, 55, 83½ Elizabeth St., Pittston, to one year of probation for recklessly endangering another person.

■ Donna Hazelton, 41, 578 Kennedy St., Scranton, to one to five years in state prison, a $2,500 fine and $4,918.66 in restitution for DUI — tier three, third offense.

■ Brian David Williams, 40, 117 Church St., Taylor, to three days to six months in county prison and a $300 fine for DUI — tier one, first offense.

■ John Gass, 36, 195 White­tail Road, Henryville, to 42 to 96 months in state prison, followed by five years of probation, for possession with intent to deliver.

■ Shannon Walsh, 31, 7 Con­nell St., Old Forge, to two years of probation for retail theft.

■ Darian Simmons-Walton, 24, 147 Georgetown Lane, Mil­ton, to 81 to 168 months in state prison followed by six years of probation for possession with intent to deliver, aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

■ Ethan Seelye, 21, 924 Corbett Ave., Scranton, to 66 months of court supervision, including three months and three days of house arrest, followed by one year of probation, $2,500 in fines and $1,331.36 in restitution for accident involving damage, DUI — tier three, first offense and DUI — tier three, second offense.

■ Pedro Torres, 28, 550 Mary St., Scranton, to six months of court supervision, including two months of house arrest, followed by one year of probation and a $750 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI — tier two, second offense.

■ Michael Midgley, 25, 207 Lillibridge St., Apt. 3, Blakely, to one year of probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

■ Joaquin Castro, 28, 924 Prospect Ave., Scranton, to 25 to 60 months in state prison followed by two years of probation for statutory sexual assault.

■ Kailon Adams, 20, 316 N. Hyde Park Ave., to 18 to 36 months in state prison, followed by six years of probation, for possession of a firearm prohibited, carrying a firearm without a license and making false reports.

■ Luther Webb, 61, 901 Quincy Ave., Scranton, to one to two years in state prison followed by two years of probation for delivery of a controlled substance.

■ Richard Steinruck, 19, 306 Phelps St., Scranton, to one year of probation for receiving stolen property.

■ Carlos Reales, 37, 142 Spruce St., Greentown, to three to 12 months in county prison followed by one year of probation for theft by unlawful taking.

■ Christopher Brown, 27, 20 S. Main St., Apt. 6, Carbondale, to six months of probation for unsworn falsifications.

Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:

■ Tia Knoedler, 22, 1 Fort Franklin Road, Andreas, to three years of probation for evidence tampering and possession of drug paraphernalia.

■ Victor Murcia, 20, 700 Price St., Dickson City, to five to 11½ months in county prison, followed by two years of probation, and a $25 fine for receiving stolen property and careless driving.

■ David Greer, 30, 199 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, to 36 to 72 months in state prison and a $1,000 fine for possession with intent to deliver, harassment, operating a meth lab and DUI — tier three, first offense.

■ Francisco Nuques Duran, 32, 221 N. Hyde Park Ave., Scranton, to 18 to 36 months in state prison for delivery of a controlled substance.

Judge Andrew Jarbola sentenced:

■ Wakiel Buckley, 20, 1517 Marion St., Dunmore, to 87 days time served to 23½ months in county prison followed by one year of probation for possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Margaret Bisignani Moyle sentenced:

■ Frazen Isaac, 22, 1408 W. Center St., Elk City, Oklahoma, to 18 months of probation for simple assault.

■ Omari Lashley, 19, 1419 Cedar Ave., Scranton, to six to 17 months in county prison followed by one year of probation for attempt to deliver a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
