Police seized heroin and cocaine from a suspected drug dealer's underwear Tuesday night - drugs the man told police he kept taped to his testicles prior to the search.
Michael Smith, 26, homeless, sold two bags of heroin during a controlled drug purchase near Bank and Academy streets in Archbald, police said, after which they took him into custody.
During a search, police found 88 packets of heroin, two ziplock bags of cocaine, $350 in cash and two hypodermic needles in Mr. Smith's underwear, police said.
Police charged Mr. Smith with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned Wednesday and is slated for a preliminary hearing May 16. He is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.
