TAYLOR - A Dalton man was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a wooded area off Keyser Avenue in Taylor, Lackawanna County Coroner Tim Rowland said.
State police at Dunmore began searching for the 56-year-old man Monday after he left behind a suicide note at his home. State police believe he left home about 1 p.m. Monday.
