CLARKS SUMMIT — Rumored threats of violence at Abington Heights High School were determined not to be credible Tuesday.
Abington Heights School District officials consulted with law enforcement officials after hearing of rumors of threats circulating on social media, district Superintendent Michael Mahon, Ph.D, said. Officials looked into them and sent out alerts to parents about the findings of the investigation in the interest of safety and transparency, Mahon said.
