Representative Matt Cartwright appeared on Comedy Central's "Colbert Report" on Thursday night during the show's on-going segment "Better Know a District".
Cartwright, a lawyer from Moosic, represents the 17th Congressional District of Pennsylvania includes parts of Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe and Northampton Counties, as well as all of Schuylkill County.
