MOSCOW - A Tobyhanna man is facing drug charges after Lackawanna County detectives said they caught him with 760 bags of heroin Thursday.
Thomas John Williams Jr., 27, 8682 Country Place Drive, would meet his customers underneath an Interstate 84 bridge in the Moscow area with heroin and cocaine, police said.
Detectives took Mr. Williams into custody Thursday after a controlled purchase. The drugs were found in his car.
He is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and related counts and is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday.
