Wayne County Sentencings

The following were sentenced in Wayne County Court by Presi­dent Judge Raymond L. Hamill:

- Stephen Cable, 36, Honesdale, six months' probation and drug and alcohol evaluation for harassment on Aug. 28 in Honesdale.

- Andrew D. Dickinson, 61, Waymart, 10-36 months in state prison and $115,019.29 in restitution for recklessly endangering another person and failure to control or report dangerous fires on Sept. 17 in Waymart.

- Joseph R. Fitzgerald, 30, Beach Lake, 3-23½ months in Wayne County prison, $500 fine, $3,150 in restitution, drug and alcohol evaluation, mental health evaluation and $250 for cost of DNA sample for criminal trespass on April 29 in Dyberry Twp.

- Joseph Edward Longo Jr., 72, Honesdale, 120 months nor more than 240 months in state prison and $250 for cost of DNA sample for aggravated indecent assault of child and indecent assault for an incident between May 2009 and September 2009 in Cherry Ridge Twp.

- Maureen E. Lore, 48, Lake Ariel, 12-36 months in state prison for two counts of simple assault on May 23 in Canaan Twp.

- Raymond N. Nedab, 54, Honesdale, 12-48 months in state prison and $322.04 in restitution and $250 for DNA sample for criminal conspiracy - identity theft.

- Cecelia A. Nedab, 51, Honesdale, 24 months' probation, $322.04 in restitution, 100 hours of community service and $250 for cost of DNA sample for identity theft on Feb. 21, 2012, in Palmyra Twp.

- Andrew C. Rushin, 24, Scranton, 42 days-23½ months in Wayne County prison followed by 18 months' probation, $1,000 fine and $6,603.71 in restitution for two counts of theft by unlawful taking for incidents on March 25 in Lehigh Twp. and Aug. 26 in Lehigh Twp.

- Dennis W. Simpson, 48, Tobyhanna, 12 months' probation, $500 fine and mental health evaluation for disorderly conduct between Nov. 1, 2008 and March 1 in Lehigh Twp.

- Jeremiah T. Wareham, 29, Pittsburgh, 19-96 months in state prison, $300 fine, $250 for DNA sample and sex offender evaluation for firearms not to be carried without license, possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of luring child into motor vehicle or structure for incidents on May 27 in Texas Twp. and June 13 in Waymart.

- Richard A. Lapka, 56, Forest City, $500 fine for disorderly conduct on Sept. 2 in Clinton Twp.

- Christopher Young, 21, Hawley, six months' ARD, alcohol highway safety program, 40 hours' community service and 60-day operator's license suspension for DUI Nov. 10 in Honesdale.

The following were sentenced in Pike County Court by President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

- Sean Garris, 22, Milford, 12 months' probation and $300 fine for retail theft on Nov. 8 in Westfall Twp.

- Julius Webb, 45, Greentown, 30 days-6 months in Pike County Prison, $1,025 fine, 12-month operator's license suspension for DUI on Dec. 30 in Lackawaxen Twp.

- Christopher Miller, 31, Milford, 15-30 days in Pike County Prison and $100 fine for default in required appearances on Dec. 1 in Blooming Grove Twp.

- Rachel O'Rourke, 41, Milford, 24 months' probation and $500 fine for simple assault on Feb. 9 in Dingman Twp.
