-âNicholas DeSando, a candidate for Lackawanna County sheriff, will hold a rally at Danny Bacwal's Bar, 1001 Stafford Ave., Scranton, on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.; a rally at Mendicino's, 921 Drinker Turnpike, Suite 28, Covington Twp., Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.; and a rally at Coach Bar & Restaurant, 129 Pike St., Carbondale, Thursday, April 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. All rallies are free, but donations will be accepted at the door.
