HANOVER TWP. — Police are seeking a gunman who opened fire on a vehicle on the South Cross Valley Expressway over the weekend.
The victim, who was not identified, reported driving north on state Route 29 near exit No. 2, in a construction zone reduced to one lane, about 9:10 p.m. Saturday.
A man driving what appeared to be a white, late-model Chrysler 300 drove up behind the victim. As the driver passed the victim, he fired a shot at the victim’s vehicle, striking the rear driver’s side, police said.
The gunman then continued driving north on Route 29.
