Man charged with disorderly conduct
SCRANTON - City police said they arrested an intoxicated man when he refused to leave the Community Intervention Center on Sunday night and tried to kick an officer when she arrested him, then attempted to defecate in a cell at the police station.
Robert Naslanic, 48, 537 Wyoming Ave., was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he told staff members he was homicidal and wanted to kill police officers, according to a criminal complaint.
Mr. Naslanic was arraigned Monday morning and is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday.
