n Alan Linden, 47, Honesdale, 15 to 60 months in state prison and $250 for a DNA sample for delivery of controlled substance between May 23, 2011, and July 7, 2011, in Dreher Twp.
n Mark Trail, 22, Honesdale, six to 36 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $2,250 fine, $275 in restitution, drug and alcohol evaluation, anger management program and $250 for a DNA sample for ethnic intimidation, criminal conspiracy and three counts of terroristic threats between July 13 and 16 in Clinton and Canaan Twp.
n Monica Hinds, 31, Waymart, 12 months' probation and an anger management program for simple assault on Sept. 4 in Canaan Twp.
n Joseph Mahn, 29, Honesdale, 72 hours to six months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation, alcohol highway safety program and 50 hours of community service for DUI on May 19 in Cherry Ridge Twp.
n Julie Gardas, 39, Honesdale, 12 months' probation, drug and alcohol evaluation and attend a minimum of two AA meetings per week for possession of controlled substance on July 6 in Honesdale.
n Allen Cangas, 27, Newfound- land, four to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine, $1,614.18 in restitution, 100 hours of community service and $250 for a DNA sample for theft by deception on June 5 in Lake Twp.
n Derek Criscuola, 22, Lake Ariel, 12 months' probation, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and 50 hours of community service for furnishing liquor on March 16 in Lake Twp.
n Sean McDonugh, 32, Honesdale, 72 hours to six months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and alcohol highway safety program for DUI on Aug. 11 in Honesdale.
n Jacob Knash, 23, Honesdale, six months to five years in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and alcohol highway safety program for DUI on March 25 in Canaan Twp.
n John Kuzmech, 44, Patchogue, N.Y., 30 days to six months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation, alcohol highway safety program and 40 hours of community service for DUI on July 15 in Hawley.
n Denis Gaeta, 32, Honesdale, $458.34 in restitution and $250 fine for three counts of bad checks Nov. 6 and 7, 2011, in Honesdale.
n Carmine Giannone, 43, Honesdale, six months in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program, 40 hours of community service and 60-day operator's license suspension for DUI on July 22 in Salem Twp.
n Jacob Eldred, 27, Honesdale, 18 months in the ARD Program, $12,796.51 in restitution, alcohol highway safety program, 40 hours of community service and 60-day operator's license suspension for DUI on Sept. 27 in Honesdale.
