Penn Security Bank in Downtown Scranton evacuated

Scranton firefighters investigate the smell of smoke in the Penn Security Bank building on Spruce Street and Washington Avenue just after 9 a.m. Thursday morning.

Workers from the bank were evacuated while the fire department and building inspectors investigated the condition. No flames were visible at the scene.
