The following were sentenced in Wayne County Court by President Judge Raymond L. Hamill:
n Todd D. Burkhardt, 46, Hawley, six months to five years in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $1,500 fine, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, complete an alcohol highway safety program and 100 hours of community service for driving under the influence on Dec. 16, 2011, in Hawley.
n Marvin Flint, 21, Carbondale, six to 24 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $250 fine, $250 for a DNA sample and $1,186.34 in restitution for burglary and theft by unlawful taking on Sept. 13 in Salem Twp.
n Eric N. Peterson, 19, Stockertown, one to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 50 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 13 in Hawley.
n Matthew Gerard Piraneo, 24, Greeley, one to 12 months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $300 fine and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for theft by unlawful taking on Feb. 22, 2012, in Scott Twp.
n William L. Swendsen, 27, Milanville, one to 23 ½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $52,515.43 in restitution, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and 100 hours of community service for criminal trespass July 22 and July 23 in Honesdale.
n Anthony Tomasello, 20, Tyler Hill, 12 months' probation, $405 in restitution and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for defiant trespass and criminal mischief on July 1 in Berlin Twp.
n Danielle N. VanStone, 24, Honesdale, two to 12 months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 10 in Honesdale.
n Mickey Allen Zintel, 18, Beach Lake, $300 fine, $405 in restitution and 75 hours of community service for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief on July 1 in Berlin Twp.
n Halley C. Mindler, 19, Catawissa, six months in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program, 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and 30-day operator's license suspension for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 21 in Waymart.
n Peter F. Seeuwen, 25, Hawley, six months in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program, 40 hours of community service, attend and complete an alcohol highway safety program and 30-day operator's license suspension for DUI on Aug. 18 in Palmyra Twp.
