Sentencings

The following defendants were sentenced recently in Lacka­wanna County Court by Judge Vito Geroulo:

- Sean Martini, 33, of 3632 Lawrence Ave., Moosic, to 360 days in county prison, 90 days of house arrest, six years, nine months of intermediate punishment and $13,347 in restitution for burglary and receiving stolen property.

- Andrew Daniel Walker, 19, of 310 Fairview Ave., Clarks Summit, to 30 days in county prison, 60 days of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for theft by unlawful taking.

- Ryan D. Wilczak, 24, of 1435 Academy St., Scranton, to one year of probation for defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

- Ronald M. Dushney, 65, of 1500 Main St., Peckville, to 90 days of house arrest, 57 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence.

- Rachele Lynn Holmes, 32, of 1139 Rock St., Scranton, to 30 days to six months of house arrest and a $1,000 fine for DUI.

- Bruce Bouton, 25, of 416 S. Decker Court, Scranton, to 11½ to 23½ months in county prison for incest.

- Erick Arroyo, 27, of Rear 401 Church St., Jessup, to two years of probation and $3,978 in restitution for unsworn falsification to authorities.

- Jennifer Keegan, 29, of 96 W. School St., Olyphant, to six days to 18 months in county prison and $750 in restitution for receiving stolen property.

- Stephanie Helring, 32, of 2E Veterans Drive, Dickson City, to 153 days to one year in county prison and 30 days of probation for disorderly conduct and harassment.

Judge Michael Barrasse sentenced:

- Joshua Lawrence Jarvis, 30, of 305 New St., Scranton, to six months in county prison, three months of house arrest, 27 months of intermediate punishment and two years of probation for possessing instruments of crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.

- Dwayne Lamar Handy, 25, of 914 W. Lackawanna Ave., Scranton, to six months in county prison, three months of house arrest and 51 months of intermediate punishment for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

- Philip Finn, 42, of 1335 Am­­herst St., Scranton, to 45 to 90 days in county prison and $150 in restitution for harassment.

- Lisa Ann Depew, 43, of 945 Main St., Dickson City, to two years of probation for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

- Raymond Smith, 46, of 537 N. Washington Ave., Scranton, to one to three years in state prison for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment.

- Michael Oakley, 24, of 1021 Pittston Ave., Apt. 3, Scranton, to 10 to 20 years in state prison and $432 in restitution for robbery.

- Toy Garrett, 38, of 545 Winola Road, Clarks Summit, to 4½ to nine years in state prison and six years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and fleeing or attempting to elude police.

- Kevin G. Cortazar, 29, of 653 Lincoln St., Dickson City, to 2½ to seven years in state prison, a $1,500 fine and $12,788 in restitution for DUI and theft by unlawful taking.

- Cal Joseph Burns, 35, of 502 Main St., Archbald, to 14 months to three years in state prison and two years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

- James Hubert Donly Jr., 35, of 529 S. Keyser Ave., Taylor, to 28 days to six months in county prison, two years of probation and a $750 fine for driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person.

- Gerald Thomas Pradel, 46, of 353 Second St., Eynon, to three months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for recklessly endangering another person.

- Tanya Healey, 39, of 713 N. Valley Ave., Olyphant, to one year of probation for disorderly conduct.

- Shannon Watkins, 25, of 228 Theodore St., Scranton, to two years of probation for retail theft.

Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:

- Rita Perry, 42, of 3247 Pittston Ave., Scranton, to three months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

- Matthew Weber, 27, of 359 N. Lincoln Ave., Scranton, to 90 days of probation and $1,342 in restitution for disorderly conduct.

- Tristan Fisher, 22, of 7146 Robinwood Drive, Tobyhanna, to a $100 fine for disorderly conduct.
