SCRANTON — Lackawanna County detectives charged a man Wednesday with selling crack in the Hill Section.
Colin Tighe, 29, who is listed as homeless, faces two felony and two misdemeanor drug counts, detectives said.
Mr. Tighe sold two plastic twist bags of crack, worth $100, at 1:30 p.m. near Taylor Avenue and Mulberry Street, detectives said.
Mr. Tighe may have acted as a “runner,” or someone who delivers drugs for a dealer, detectives said.
Mr. Tighe is in Lackawanna County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
