Borton-Lawson

David A. Petrucci Jr., P.E., P.T.O.E., has joined the firm and will serve as traffic discipline manager in the Bethlehem office. Mr. Petrucci is responsible for the technical leadership and management of traffic engineering and transportation planning services throughout the firm. He holds a bachelor of civil engineering degree specializing in traffic engineering from the University of Delaware.

King's College

Robin Field, Ph.D., associate professor of English and director of Women's Studies Department at King's College, presented a research paper at the Modern Language Association and at the South Asian Literary Association meetings in Boston. Dr. Field presented the research paper "Kashmiriyat and Gender in 'Endless Rain' and 'The Collaborator,'" at the MLA meeting and a paper, titled "Dismantling Racial Markers in Gautam Malkani's 'Londonstani,'" at the SALA meeting. A faculty member at King's since 2006, Dr. Field earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a doctorate from the University of Virginia.

Ronald McDonald House of Scranton

Justin M. Davis is the newest member of the board of directors. Mr. Davis is currently chief executive officer of Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton, an affiliate of Commonwealth Health.

Shenandoah Telecommunications

Raymond B. Ostroski has joined the company as general counsel, vice president - legal. In this position, Mr. Ostroski will serve as the chief legal officer of the Shentel organization. Mr. Ostroski holds a juris doctor from Temple University Law School and a bachelor's from Wilkes University.
