The following defendants were sentenced recently in Lackawanna County Court by Judge Michael Barrasse:
- Martin Lawrence, 30, of 119 W. Church St., Nanticoke, to five to 10 years in state prison, two years of probation and a $30,000 fine for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Brittany M. Merrifield, 21, of 903½ Church St., Jessup, to 15 months to 5½ years in state prison, two years of probation and a $1,000 fine for aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence and DUI.
- Levi Brooks, 45, of 1110 S. Webster Ave., Scranton, to three to six years in state prison and four years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
- Justin Kashmer, 32, of 3309 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, to two years of probation and a $200 fine for disorderly conduct, harassment by communication and driving with a suspended license.
- Kristen A. Adonizio, 33, of 3 Sunshine Lane, Harveys Lake, to two years of state intermediate punishment and three years of probation for conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Franceen Ann Mazzie, 54, of 305 Soldiers Court, Scranton, to two years of state intermediate punishment and four years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Jennifer Ann O'Rourke, 42, of 522 South St., Throop, to three to six months in county prison, two months of house arrest, two years of probation and a $1,000 fine for DUI and recklessly endangering another person.
- Rachel L. Moyer, 28, of 29 Timberlake Road, Pocono Lake, to three months of house arrest, 33 months of intermediate punishment, one year of probation and $12,009.68 in restitution for conspiracy to commit unentitled reimbursement and theft by deception.
- Jeremy William Ciccone, 23, of 203 Church St., Taylor, to 86 days in county prison for disorderly conduct.
- Genesis Aquino, 22, of 234 N. Nagle St., Allentown, to two months of house arrest, 16 months of intermediate punishment and $204.57 in restitution for securing execution of documents by deception.
- Joseph Wayne Allert, 31, of 736 E. Drinker St., Apt. 2, Dunmore, to six months of house arrest, 30 months of intermediate punishment and one year of probation for theft by unlawful taking and resisting arrest.
- Kathleen Ann Charette, 43, of 404 Main St., Moosic, to three to six months in county prison and a $1,000 fine for DUI.
- Judy Trager, 39, of 1286 Franklin St., Apt. 2, Old Forge, to two months of house arrest, 10 months of intermediate punishment and one year of probation for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Kenneth Jones, 38, of 216 Windsor Lane, Taylor, to two years of probation for simple assault.
- Mark Daniel Daley, 33, of 1202 Blank St., Dickson City, to 90 days of house arrest, 57 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
- Edward F. Robjohns III, 25, of 839 N. Main Ave., Scranton, to one month in county prison, two months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for theft by unlawful taking.
- Tammy Ann Fox, 32, of 3308 Cedar Ave., Moosic, to 90 days of house arrest and 33 months of intermediate punishment for retail theft.
- Diego E. Bono, 23, of Skyview Apartments, Building 33, Apt. 2, Scranton, to three months of house arrest, 33 months of intermediate punishment and a $25 fine for fleeing or eluding police and careless driving.
Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:
- Francis Liuzzo, 30, of 823 Albert St., Dickson City, to 90 days of probation for disorderly conduct.
- Rosemarie Hein, 42, of 1603 Pittston Ave., to two years of state intermediate punishment and two years of probation for conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Christopher Lee Hitchcox, 31, of Rear 1134 Lloyd St., Scranton, to five years of probation for firearm not to be carried without a license.
- Duarante Garvin, 60, of 1044 Blair Ave., Apt. 1, Scranton, to 78 days in county prison, 30 days of house arrest and 20 months, 12 days, of intermediate punishment for conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- James Kilmer Jr., 29, of 130½ S. Main St., Carbondale, to 14 days in county prison, 90 days of house arrest, 20 months, 16 days, of intermediate punishment and two years of probation for criminal trespass, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
- Robert J. Grazilla, 23, of 109 Larkspur Lane South, Milford, to 60 days of house arrest, 22 months of intermediate punishment and one year of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
- Michael E. Surplus, 38, of 612A Rocky Glen Road, Moosic, to one year to 23½ months in county prison, three years of probation and $1,750 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.
