Presentation on "Demystifying Noncompete Agreements (Part I); and What Union and Non-Union Employers Should Know About Recent NLRB Rulings on Social Media and Other Personnel Policies." Presentation by Bob Molinaro, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture food sanitarian/food inspector, from the Northeast Region Office in Tunkhannock, will begin at 10 a.m. Cost is $9 per person.
