CARBONDALE - A city woman is facing charges after police say she threw cat feces at the home of a Carbondale police officer who arrested her four years ago for disorderly conduct.
Sandra Murphy, 36, 5 Pleasant Ave., was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and retaliation for a past official action after Officer Jeffrey Martin saw her throw "two handfuls" of feces at his home about 8 p.m. Friday. When Officer Martin confronted Ms. Murphy, she said she was sorry, but was still mad for her arrested, adding that the arrest cost her $400, according to the criminal complaint.
Information on Ms. Murphy's bail and preliminary hearing date were not available Saturday.
