Man, 18, admits ethnic intimidation
HONESDALE - A Honesdale man has pleaded guilty to ethnic intimidation for harassing campers and staff at a Jewish summer camp in Wayne County last summer.
Tyler Spencer, 18, was charged with the felony offense, as well as terroristic threats - cause serious public inconvenience, recklessly endangering another person and careless driving for intimidation of campers and counselors at Camp Bonim in Clinton Twp. in July, and striking a man with his truck, injuring him, on July 16.
He is scheduled to be sentenced April 11.
