Flynn announces new office hours
SCRANTON - State Rep.-elect Marty Flynn announced the office hours for his regional office in the city.
The office at 409 N. Main Ave. will be staffed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, by Thom Welby, chief of staff, and Ryan Healey, legislative assistant. There is also a drive-up window.
