SCRANTON — A Fell Twp. woman accused of vehicular homicide is back in jail with a higher bail.
Judge Vito Geroulo cited “repeated failure to follow bail conditions” in a Feb. 23 order against Mary Timko, who was allegedly intoxicated when her car slammed into a man helping another driver alongside the Casey Highway in fall 2013.
Ms. Timko twice failed to show up for random drug testing, deputy district attorney Robert Klein said.
She was booked back into Lackawanna County Prison Jan. 29, prison records state. Judge Geroulo ordered $100,000 straight bail.
