SCRANTON - City police on Friday released images of a woman who used a stolen credit card to rack up $12,000 worth of fraudulent charges last week.
The surveillance photos show a woman in a brown hat, black coat and beige scarf leaving Target in Dickson City, one of about a dozen stores where police said she used the stolen card.
Police said the woman spent Nov. 30 shopping at various stores in Scranton and Dickson City near Commerce Boulevard and Business Route 6.
