The following defendants were sentenced recently in Lackawanna County Court by Judge Michael Barrasse:
- Richard Hazelton, 40, of Scranton, to three to six years in state prison and six years' probation for retail theft.
- Joseph Stoffey, 54, of 388 Lane St., Jessup, to one month in county prison, six months of house arrest, 53 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence.
- Ronald Christopher Walsh, 44, of 660 Palm St., Scranton, to six months of house arrest, 54 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
- Joseph R. Wilson, 31, of 121 Mooney St., Olyphant, to three months of house arrest, nine months of intermediate punishment and $440.05 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking.
- Thomas Walter Bryan, 24, of Carbondale, to two to four years in state prison and two years of probation for burglary.
- Andrew Thomas Morse, 29, of Scranton, to 18 months to four years in state prison for conspiracy to engage in retail theft.
- John Serniak, 53, of 9 Kraft St., Archbald, to 30 days of house arrest, five months of intermediate punishment and a $750 fine for DUI.
- Lawrence Marsico Jr., 29, of 1626 Vine St., Scranton, to one year of probation for disorderly conduct.
- John Joseph Housenick, no age listed, of 1003 Roosevelt St., Kingston, to two years of probation for simple assault.
- Maryann Solomon, 44, of 710 Main St., Peckville, to six months of house arrest, four years of intermediate punishment, one year of probation and a $1,500 fine for DUI and disorderly conduct.
- Gino David Merritt, 50, of 817 Pine St., Apt. 1, Scranton, to six months to one year in county prison for disorderly conduct.
- Ashlee I. Reim, 24, of 7506 Crestview Terrace, Tobyhanna, to two months of house arrest and 22 months of intermediate punishment for theft by unlawful taking.
- Patrick Rafferty, 55, of 357 State Route 1029, Nicholson, to two years of probation for recklessly endangering another person.
- Anthony A. Petrokonis, 22, of 64 Sawmill Road, Hunlock Creek, to three months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for simple assault.
- Robert D. Lamorte III, 28, of 446½ Grove St., Peckville, to six months in county prison, six months of house arrest, four years of intermediate punishment and a $2,500 fine for DUI.
- Dustin Howey, 25, of 827 N. Main Ave., Scranton, to three months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for simple assault.
- Robert Joseph Duffy, 28, of 1007 Green Ridge St., Floor 2, Scranton, to three months of house arrest and 21 months of intermediate punishment for theft by unlawful taking.
- Sam Costa, 34, of 100 Academy St., Moscow, to one month in county prison, two months of house arrest and 33 months of intermediate punishment for accidents involving death or personal injury.
- Jessica Cardi, 27, of 600 Timberfalls Lane, Apt. 2, Peckville, to five months of house arrest, 55 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
- Adrian A. Camarillo, 59, of 424 N. Dogwood Road, South Abington Twp., to three months of house arrest, three months of intermediate punishment and a $1,000 fine for DUI.
- Kevin Atwell, 23, of 36 Tall Timbers, Factoryville, to 14 months to three years in state prison and four years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and institutional vandalism.
- Louelle Elias Isles, 24, of 506 Colfax Ave., Scranton, to 19 months to four years in state prison and four years of probation for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, escape and resisting arrest.
- Joseph Paone, 32, of 172 S. Hyde Park Ave., Scranton, to 45 days of house arrest and 10 months, 15 days, of intermediate punishment for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Jeffrey J. Mulderig, 40, of 514 Division St., Suite 6, Clarks Summit, to 90 days (suspended) and a $100 fine for harassment.
Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced:
- Michael McGee, 45, of Scranton, to 30 months to five years in state prison and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
- Maurice Dillon, 26, of 153 S. Hyde Park Ave., to nine to 23½ months in county prison and two years of probation for criminal use of a communication facility and possession of marijuana.
- Glenn Thomas Telesk, 23, of 207 Main St., Mayfield, to a $100 fine for public drunkenness.
- John Wilson Rippon, 45, of 417 Main St., Mayfield, to six months of probation and a $100 fine for disorderly conduct.
- Donald Ray Miles, 41, of 375 Grove St., Scranton, to five to 18 months in county prison for possession of a controlled substance.
- Robert Atkinson, 45, of 309 Gravity Ave., Olyphant, to 90 days of house arrest, 57 months of intermediate punishment and a $1,500 fine for DUI.
