CARBONDALE TWP. — A ve- hicle fire last week has been ruled arson, state police fire marshals said Sunday.
Police said a fire in a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country van was intentionally set.
The van, owned by Marta Villanueva of Rochester, N.Y., was completely engulfed and destroyed by flames.
The Nov. 26 fire occurred at the scenic overlook off the eastbound lanes of the Casey Highway in Carbondale Twp. at just after 7:30 p.m.
