n Sean P. Warring, 26, Honesdale, 18 months to four years in prison and a $500 fine for simple assault and resisting arrest on Jan. 1 in Honesdale.
n Jesse Nicole McNamara, 28, Hawley, three to 6½ years in state prison, $1,200 fine, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and attend an alcohol highway safety program for possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, recklessly endangering another person, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and identity theft on April 4 and Dec. 21 in Paupack Twp.
n Dawn Maria Rylka, 25, Tyler Hill, 12 months' probation, 50 hours of community service and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation for possession of drug paraphernalia on March 1 in Texas Twp.
n Sarah Frammigen, 26, Honesdale, eight to 23½ months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $400 in restitution, 100 hours of community service, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay $250 for the drawing of a DNA sample for criminal conpiracy - burglary on March 9 in Mount Pleasant Twp.
n Brandon Knecht, 25, Hawley, 11½ months to 5 years less one day in the Wayne County Correctional Facility and $3,425 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking or disposition between March 25 and 27 in Hawley.
n Alexander Xavier Solomito, 22, Honesdale, two months to two years, $200 fine, 50 hours of community service and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation for retail theft on Feb. 22 in Honesdale.
n Marc T. Meglio, 24, Lackawaxen, 30 days to 23½ months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $500 fine, $3,425 in restitution and complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and a mental health evaluation for theft by unlawful taking or disposition on March 27 in Hawley.
n Frank J. Meglio, 27, Lacka-waxen, two to 23½ months, $500 fine and $3,425 in restitution for theft by unlawful taking or disposition on March 27 in Hawley.
n David Paul Schroeder, 49, Newfoundland, one to six months in Wayne County Correctional Facility, $750 fine, 40 hours of community service, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and attend an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on Feb. 22 in Cherry Ridge Twp.
n Jesse James Patzuk, 30, Equinunk, six to 23½ months in the Wayne County Correctional Facility, $100 fine, 100 hours of community service, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay $250 for the drawing of a DNA sample for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and retail theft on Dec. 30 in Texas Twp.
n Randall George Drew, 50, Newton, N.J., six months' Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program, 40 hours of community service, two months' driver's license suspension and complete an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on April 21 in Hawley.
n Charlene Seva Sweeney, 24, Greentown, six months' Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program, 40 hours of community service, one month driver's license suspension and complete an alcohol highway safety program for DUI on June 3 in Hawley.
